ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Fred and I am a fully qualified BASI ski instructor. I have the equivalence to work anywhere in the world but Chamonix and the Alps offer so much that it’s not easy to go anywhere else!
A snowy Scafell Pike, a pair of Wellington boots and trudging around after my dad was my first initiation to the mountains. Family ski holidays, University climbing trips and keen friends have brought me to where I am now. I did have a “proper job” (still love Engineering) but skiing tore me away whilst on a long holiday in New Zealand. The path continues!
Oh and I am a UK qualified Summer Mountaineering Instructor (MIA) and aspiring International walking guide (IML) if you fancy joining me in the summer.

A quick chairlift chat and I can tailor the instruction to suit you. From beginning to mogul mastering every session will bring your goals closer.
GROUP SESSIONS
3 hours (am or pm)
4 people min €60 each
Get together with friends or colleagues of similar abilities and get some top tips whilst keeping everything social. If you haven’t quite got the same ability I’ll share time and effort to suit your requirements.
OFF PISTE AND SKI TOURING
€240 per session
€480 per full day
Guided off piste skiing adventures are a blast! Of course there’s tips along the way but if its powder, don’t forget I have to go first!
Ski touring would have to be a full day adventure. The best way to see the true Alpine backcountry. I love it so much I am very keen to get my clients exploring.
